Special applies to new bookings from May 1 – September 30, 2011.
Pay for 5 nights, stay for 7 nights based on summer season rates (5 night villa rate: $ 21,600 - $26,000 plus 20% tax/service).
Wedding/Special Occasions: Minimum 3 night booking. Complimentary 2 course lunch for all guests staying in villa. (3 nights per villa: $13,000 – 15,600 plus 20% tax/service)

Deposits
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival.
Rates are inclusive of the following:Each villa comes with its own private swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, personal butler with 8 other dedicated staff (chef available if meal plan selected), home theater, state of the art villa sound system, elevator, in villa office with high speed internet connection and wireless access, Caribbean breakfast (fruit, assortment of breads, cereal), cocktail hour canapés, selected beverages (mineral water, coffee, tea). There are 2 tennis courts, with basketball hoops, and 1 volleyball court for the three villas.
Weekly rates above are USD exclusive of 10% service charge and 10% accommodation tax
